The habit of eating breakfast is the most important thing because the body needs food intake to restore energy reserves, improve students' memory and comprehension ability when studying, so that students get satisfactory academic achievements obtained from the learning process in the form of numbers or grades that have been achieved while studying at university. The aim of the research was to find out whether there was a significant relationship between breakfast habits and academic achievement among students at one of the Manado Private Universities. The research uses a cross sectional approach with a correlative descriptive method. The sample consisted of 221 nursing students who were actively studying in the 2022-2023 academic year, obtained using purposive sampling techniques. The measuring tool is a questionnaire for breakfast habits and academic achievement seen from the GPA of each student. For the results of the analysis of breakfast habits, it was found that the most students rarely had breakfast, namely 97 respondents, while the GPA of students was the standard GPA (2.54-3.41) and the relationship between breakfast habits and academic achievement among students at one of the Manado Private Universities showed no there is a significant relationship with p-value = 0.516 (p> 0.05) which means Ha is rejected. Recommendations for future research involve several faculties, conducting research such as the type of breakfast and the amount of nutritional content in the morning meal as research variables.
