However, the integration of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) perspectives-particularly learning, growth, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability-remains limited in Indonesian HEIs, creating a need for a multidimensional performance framework. Methods: This study analyzes BSC implementation in universities through a comparative analysis of Indonesian and international cases, identifying success factors and challenges. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with thematic analysis of 22 articles from four major academic databases. Findings: Indonesian HEIs tend to focus on financial and internal process indicators. In contrast, international institutions are broader in integrating stakeholder and sustainability dimensions. Key challenges in Indonesia include limited IT infrastructure, academic cultural resistance, and inadequate contextualization of indicators. Success depends on strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, digital infrastructure, and continuous adaptation. Implications: This study proposes a holistic, context-sensitive, and measurable BSC adaptation model for Indonesian higher education. This research offers practical guidance and a theoretical framework for performance management in HEIs, particularly in developing countries.
2025-10-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Klabat Journal of Management https://nurturagrow.site/index.php/kjm/article/view/1358 Influence of Dynamic Pricing, UI, and UX on Gojek Usage Decisions among Gen Z in Depok 2025-10-01T08:17:27+00:00 Novitasari Novitasari [email protected] Dwi Rachmawati [email protected] Udriyah Udriyah [email protected]
The rapid development of digital technology has increased the use of online transportation applications in Indonesia. From 2021 to 2023, Gojek maintained the highest number of downloads, although a significant decline was recorded, while competitors such as Maxim and inDrive experienced growth. This phenomenon highlights the urgency to analyze factors that influence usage decisions, particularly among Generation Z. This study aims to examine the influence of dynamic pricing, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) on the decision to use the Gojek application among Generation Z in Depok City. A quantitative survey was conducted involving 100 respondents selected through incidental sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 27. The findings indicate that: (1) dynamic pricing significantly influences the decision to use Gojek; (2) user interface does not significantly influence usage decisions; (3) user experience is the strongest predictor with a significant influence; and (4) dynamic pricing, UI, and UX jointly have a significant influence on the decision to use Gojek.
2025-10-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Klabat Journal of Management https://nurturagrow.site/index.php/kjm/article/view/1357 Brand Image and Product Quality as Determinants of Electric Car Purchase Decisions in Depok City 2025-10-01T08:17:33+00:00 Putra Tangguh Wisnuaji [email protected] Djoko Setyo Widodo [email protected] Udriyah Udriyah [email protected]
This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of Wuling electric cars in Depok City. The research method used was quantitative with a survey approach, and data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents who used Wuling electric cars. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, Brand Image did not have a significant effect on purchase decisions, while Product Quality had a significant effect. Simultaneously, the two variables had a significant effect on the purchase decision with an F value of 21.888 and a significance of < 0.001. An Adjusted R Square value of 0.297 indicates that Brand Image and Product Quality explain 29.7% of the variation in purchasing decisions. These findings make a theoretical contribution to the consumer behavior literature, as well as a practical contribution to automotive companies, particularly in the formulation of electric vehicle marketing strategies. The study also suggests strengthening branding strategies, improving product quality, and exploring other external factors such as price, promotion, and after-sales service. The limitations of the study include a limited geographical scope.
2025-10-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Klabat Journal of Management https://nurturagrow.site/index.php/kjm/article/view/1359 The Influence of Technological and Marketing Capabilities on MSME Performance with Organizational Learning as a Mediating Variable 2025-10-02T08:08:01+00:00 Dinda Ayu Sieradianto Angelia [email protected] Angga Ardiansyah [email protected] Rahmat Bahaul Muttaqin [email protected]

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are key contributors to economic development, especially in emerging markets. However, MSMEs often struggle to sustain and improve their performance amid dynamic market conditions and increasing global competition. This study investigates the integrated effects of organizational learning, marketing capability, and technological capability on MSME performance in Indonesia, a context where prior research has typically examined these factors in isolation. Guided by the dynamic capabilities framework, this study aims to fill the gap by analyzing the synergy among these three capabilities.

A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 100 MSME actors through an online survey using a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.2 was used to analyze the data. The results show that organizational learning significantly influences both marketing and technological capabilities. Moreover, technological capability positively affects MSME performance, whereas marketing capability does not have a statistically significant impact on performance. These findings highlight the crucial role of organizational learning as a foundation for capability development and suggest that technological adoption is a key driver of competitive performance in the digital era. The study offers practical insights for MSMEs aiming to improve long-term sustainability through integrated strategic capability development.

2025-10-01T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Klabat Journal of Management https://nurturagrow.site/index.php/kjm/article/view/1343 Feasibility Analysis of Industrial Waste Reduction Investment: Potential of Fruit Basket and Mat Products 2025-10-02T08:00:51+00:00 Rahmad Fajri Anasrul [email protected] Afrido Haryo [email protected] Aloysius Kalis Tristiadi [email protected] Ayu Swilugar [email protected] Caesarius Haryo Bagaskara [email protected] Jessica Vyanti [email protected]
Unprocessed waste has become a major issue in the world today. In 2021, Indonesia's environmental statistics recorded that approximately 24.5% of the total waste generated was not properly managed. One of the subjects of this issue is palm oil and textiles. Palm oil is a commodity that has experienced rapid growth, with a growth rate of 22.72% from 2017 to 2018. Meanwhile, textile waste is commonly found, especially in garment companies. This research aims to conduct an investment feasibility analysis from a financial perspective for industrial waste reduction, focusing on the business potential of fruit baskets made from palm oil waste and mats made from fabric scraps. The products generated from this waste can provide a sustainable solution while also generating financial profit. Therefore, a feasibility analysis was carried out for these two products. The investment feasibility analysis method is used to evaluate the potential success of these two waste-reducing products. The feasibility analysis involves calculating initial costs, revenue, operational costs, and cash flow projections over a certain period. Additionally, various risk factors and relevant assumptions are also considered in this analysis. The results of the feasibility analysis conclude that the fruit basket made from palm oil waste is more feasible than the mat made from fabric scraps.
2025-10-02T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Klabat Journal of Management https://nurturagrow.site/index.php/kjm/article/view/1347 Millennials and Digital Wallets: Addressing Consumer Behavior in the Technology Era 2025-10-02T08:47:07+00:00 Andeka Widodo [email protected] Rizki Lala Amelia [email protected]
In Indonesia, the use of digital wallets (e-wallets) such as GoPay, OVO, DANA, and ShopeePay is increasing, especially among the millennial generation who prioritize ease and speed of transactions. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence student consumer behavior in using digital wallets. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Based on a Populix survey of 1,000 respondents, the most widely used digital wallet applications are Dana (88%), Gopay (83%), ShopeePay (79%), OVO (76%), and LinkAja! (30%). The results of the study show that ease of access, cashback, and promotions play a significant role in encouraging the use of digital wallets. However, low financial literacy leads to a tendency towards uncontrolled consumer behavior. Therefore, education about financial literacy is an important aspect in using digital wallets wisely.
2025-10-02T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Klabat Journal of Management
