This research was classified as causative study. The population of this research was manufacturing company registered on the Stock Exchange in 2008 until 2010. Total sample were 25 companies. The data collected using purposive sampling method. The data was obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and www.idx.co.id. Data analysis techniques was used as analysis double regression technique. The sample that was used in this research consisted of 32 manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010 and 2011. This study used simple linear regression analysis to test the data. Using the convidence interval of 95%, statistical results show that the insider ownership and the capital structure have significant</em><em> and</em><em> negative impact on the agency cost. On the other hand, it is found that the institutional ownership has significantly positive impact on the agency cost. However, researcher found no evidence that the dividend policy and firm size have significant impact on the agency cost. The influence of each of these variables on attitudes and interest in learning MIS course, measured using path analysis method to measure the direct and indirect effect of perceived usefulness and interest in learning MIS course, mediated by attitude. The results of this study found that perceived usefulness influence either directly or indirectly to the interest in learning MIS course, through the attitudes of students in using internet. Teknik analisa menggunakan uji regresi </em><em>berganda dan regresi </em><em>sederhana. Hasil penelitian </em><em>ini </em><em>menunjukkan bahwa </em><em>s</em><em>ecara simultan, ketiga</em><em> indikator utama perbankan</em><em> berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran kredit</em><em>, namun hasil penelusuran secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya dana pihak ketiga yang berpengaruh signifikan</em><em>, sedangkan loan to deposit ratio</em> <em>dan non performing loa</em><em>n</em><em> tidak berpengaruh signifikan</em><em> terhadap penyaluran kredit</em><em>. The samples were banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013 as many as 26 banks. This research used descriptive method correlation with multiple linear regression analysis . The regression analysis found that there is significant influence between the variables CAR, RORA, NPM, ROA, and LDR on stock prices . This study used descriptive research methodology to explain the influence of pricing strategy and store convenience as independent variables on consumer buying decision as dependent variable. Population of this study is the retail shoppers in Manado that either had visiting or had shopping experience in the supermarket and sampling method used is non-probability sampling. A total of 320 completed self-administrated questionnaires were used for analyzing.
